The Siberian Husky or Siberian Husky is the most famous breed of sled dog. The first appearance of the husky dates back to 2000 BC in Eastern Siberia (Russia). He lived with the Chukchi people.

A Chukchi legend says that "the husky was born from the love of a wolf and the moon: the husky has the appearance of a wolf and wears the tail in a crescent moon. According to legend, on full moon nights, huskys and wolves howl to call for the moon to come down again. "

He made his notoriety in Alaska, in the years 1900-1930. Particularly during the epidemic event in Nome, a small isolated village in Alaska, in 1925, where teams of huskies took turns to deliver the healing serum.
